We do not accept returns unless there is a fault with the product. We check all items before they are dispatched, but if something is found to be faulty due to our manufacturing we will be happy to fix this for you.

Due to the handmade nature of our products and the personal preferences involved in creating custom latex garments, we do not offer refunds. All sales are final once an order is placed. We stand by the quality of our craftsmanship and materials, ensuring each item meets our high standards before shipment. If you have any concerns about your purchase, please contact us directly, and we'll be happy to assist. Where refunds are required it may take a few days to appear back in your account.

We ship our handcrafted latex garments worldwide, ensuring each item is carefully packaged to arrive safely at your doorstep. Please note the following details regarding our shipping process:

Processing Time: As all of our garments are handmade to order, please allow 8-12 weeks for production before shipping.

Shipping Rates: Shipping costs vary based on location and will be calculated at checkout. International shipping may incur additional customs fees or taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer. Please see FAQs for further information.

Shipping Methods: We offer standard, recorded delivery. Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched. Please provide a domestic or business address. We do not ship to PO boxes or parcel shops.

Delivery Times: Delivery times depend on your location and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times are 3-5 business days for domestic orders and 7-14 business days for international orders.

Lost or Damaged Items: We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. However, if an issue arises, please contact us, and we will work with the shipping provider to resolve it.
